Goal: Build a data-secure client portal + CRM system for a coaching brand to enhance onboarding, transparency, and trust.
Tools Used:
Airtable (CRM database) · Softr (client portal) · Make (automation) · Google Drive (security) · Typeform (intake form)
Process:
I structured the CRM in Airtable with Client Info, Onboarding Status, Session Logs, and Resources tables, each equipped with automation buttons and filtered admin/client views.
Then, I connected it to Softr, creating a password-protected client portal featuring personalized dashboards, session recaps, and uploaded resources.
Through Make automation, onboarding became seamless: new client forms automatically generated CRM entries, sent welcome emails, and shared secure access links.
Sensitive files were stored in encrypted Google Drive folders with restricted permissions and privacy notices embedded across the portal.
Result:
